What you'll do
- Lead annual business planning, budgeting, reforecasting and long-range asset strategies for assigned resorts
- Monitor property P&L, cash flow, capex deployment and working capital to identify risks and improvement opportunities
- Partner with Operations, Finance, Commercial, Marketing and Brand to optimize revenue and profitability
- Oversee asset value enhancement through repositioning, renovations, upgrades and brand-alignment projects
- Support negotiations, due diligence and transaction processes for new properties and strategic expansion
- Liaise with owners, investors, funds and capital partners to align objectives and maintain collaboration
- Prepare asset performance reviews, investment updates and strategic recommendations for ownership and senior leadership
- Review capex proposals and business cases, ensuring ROI discipline and execution against approved plans
- Track market, competitor and destination trends to support pricing, positioning and investment decisions
- Ensure assets operate in line with brand standards, objectives and legal or compliance requirements
- Support contract management, operator-owner alignment and negotiation of commercial terms
- Lead due diligence, underwriting and transition support for acquisitions, openings and portfolio expansion
Key requirements
- 7+ years' experience
- Hotel finance, hospitality real estate and asset management
- Financial analysis, investment analysis and underwriting
- Budgeting and forecasting, business planning and P&L and cash-flow management
- Capex planning and contract management
- Stakeholder management and investment negotiations
- Advanced Excel
- Finance / Real Estate / Hospitality Management / Business Administration / Any Field
