Key requirements
- 4+ years' experience
- Michelin-starred restaurant experience or equivalent fine-dining background
- Leadership in hospitality within luxury or fine-dining settings
- Fine-dining service knowledge including wine service and guest experience management
- Food safety and hygiene regulations compliance
- Team training and development with people management skills
- Excellent English language proficiency and strong organizational skills
- Hospitality Management / Business Administrationpreferred

Domes Resorts introduces MAKRIS Athens, our first degustation restaurant in the heart of Thissio, led by Michelin-Starred Chef Patron Petros Dimas. We are currently seeking an exceptional Restaurant Manager** to lead this flagship fine-dining destination.
**Important:
Only candidates with proven Michelin-starred restaurant experience or equivalent high-end fine-dining background will be considered.
The Role:
The Restaurant Manager is fully accountable for the daily operation, guest experience, team leadership, and financial performance of Makris Athens. This role requires absolute attention to detail, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of Michelin-level service standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements
Essential:
Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant or equivalent fine-dining establishment.
Proven leadership role within luxury or fine-dining hospitality.
Deep knowledge of fine-dining service, wine service, and guest experience standards.
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Excellent command of English.
Strong organizational and people-management skills.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
WSET certification.
