What you'll do
- Welcome guests upon arrival and manage check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle reservations, room assignments and guest inquiries via phone, email and in person
- Ensure accurate use of hotel management systems and maintain up-to-date guest profiles

- Address guest requests, inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Upsell hotel services, room upgrades and in-house experiences
- Maintain the appearance and organization of the front desk area
- Support the Front Office Manager in daily administrative tasks and reporting

As a Receptionist at Domes Miramare Corfu, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an unforgettable luxury experience. Combining a warm personality with professionalism and attention to detail, you will ensure every guest interaction reflects the high standards that define the Domes brand.
Some of the responsibilities you will be entrusted with:
Welcome guests upon arrival and manage check-in and check-out procedures with efficiency and grace.
Handle reservations, room assignments and guest inquiries via phone, email and in person.
Ensure accurate use of hotel management systems and maintain up-to-date guest profiles.
Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge and other departments to guarantee seamless guest experiences.
Address guest requests, inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Upsell hotel services, room upgrades and in-house experiences to enhance the guest journey.
Maintain the appearance and organization of the front desk area at all times.
Support the Front Office Manager in daily administrative tasks and reporting.
Requirements
Useful to have:
Previous experience in a front office or customer-facing role, ideally in a luxury hotel environment.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
Familiarity with hotel management systems (Opera or similar) is preferred.
