What you'll do
- Greet customers warmly upon entering the store and offer assistance
- Advise and guide customers in product selection based on their needs
- Handle customer queries and complaints politely and professionally
- Organize and display products attractively on shelves
- Monitor inventory levels and order new stock as needed
- Open and close the cash register and manage payments accurately
- Handle product returns or exchanges according to store policy
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- English language proficiency and knowledge of a second foreign language
- Customer-centric approach with adaptability
- Attention to detail and knowledge of fashion trends
- Experience in retail sales position
- Tourismpreferred
