What you'll do
- Coordinate daily cleaning activities across hotel public areas
- Organize and assign daily tasks to Public Area Attendants
- Conduct routine cleanliness and presentation checks
- Monitor cleaning supplies and the proper use of equipment and materials
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with relevant departments
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health and safety procedures
- Support the Housekeeping team in smooth daily operations
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Public area cleaning coordination and task organization and assignment
- Cleanliness inspection and housekeeping operations
- Cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and health and safety procedures
- Cleaning equipment and materials and maintenance issue reporting
- Team coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving
- Deadline management and adaptability
