What you'll do
- Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries during night hours
- Handle guest concerns or complaints efficiently and positively
- Ensure lobby and front desk areas are clean, organized, and secure
- Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and other communications
- Perform nightly audit tasks verifying daily revenue postings accuracy
- Reconcile and balance cash, credit card, and other payment methods
- Prepare and deliver daily reports on room occupancy, revenue, and expenses
- Monitor and ensure security of premises during night shift
- Oversee emergency situations and coordinate with relevant teams
- Assist other departments like housekeeping or maintenance during emergencies
Key requirements
- Customer Service and Communication Skills for guest and staff interaction
- Property Management Systems (Opera) proficiency
- Numerical Skills for financial reconciliations and report preparation
- Problem Solving and Attention to Detail
- Organizational Skills and Multitasking for managing audits and guest needs
- English Language proficiency
- Hospitalitypreferred
