What you'll do
- Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries during night hours

- Monitor and ensure security of premises during night shift
- Oversee emergency situations and coordinate with relevant teams
- Assist other departments like housekeeping or maintenance during emergencies

About the job
The Night Auditor at Domes ensures the smooth running of the hotel during the overnight hours. This includes managing guest services, performing daily financial reconciliations, and preparing various reports for the management team. The role combines customer service with end-of-day functions, making it essential for candidates to be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently during non-peak hours.
Some of the responsibilities you will be entrusted with:
Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and other inquiries during night hours.
Handle any guest concerns or complaints efficiently and with a positive attitude.
Ensure that the lobby and front desk areas are clean, organized, and secure.
Respond to phone calls, emails, and other communication promptly.
Perform nightly audit tasks, verifying accuracy of daily revenue postings across all departments (rooms, food & beverage, etc.).
Reconcile and balance cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
Prepare and deliver daily reports to management, including room occupancy, revenue, and expense summaries.
Monitor and ensure the security of the premises during the night shift, reporting any suspicious activities.
Oversee emergency situations such as fire alarms or medical emergencies and coordinate with appropriate teams.
Assist in other departments, such as housekeeping or maintenance, if emergencies arise.
Requirements
Useful to have:
Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Hospitality is preferred.
Previous experience in front office or guest services in a luxury hospitality environment.
Knowledge of the English language, a second language will be considered a plus.
Proficiency with property management systems (Opera) and other hotel-related software.
Good Numerical Skills.
