What you'll do
- Support the housekeeping and cleaning team
- Assist with cleaning guest rooms, corridors, and hotel public areas
- Replace and replenish cleaning supplies and linen, including sheets and towels
- Receive and store clean linen from the laundry department
- Empty waste bins and replace them in public areas and guest rooms
- Report damage and required cleaning materials to management or supervisors
- Carry out minor repairs in hotel areas when required
- Clean and maintain cleaning equipment
- Follow cleaning procedures and hygiene and safety standards
- Apply strict cleanliness and hygiene rules
- Inspect areas for damage or problems and inform the maintenance department
- Assist with placing tables and chairs and moving beds
- Respond promptly to special requests from guests or colleagues
