What you'll do
- Clean, air, disinfect, and tidy hotel rooms after guest departures
- Change bed linens, sheets, and towels and restore rooms to original condition
- Replenish care products in occupied rooms
- Check room equipment inventory like soaps, shampoos, and toilet paper
- Report supply needs and request necessary orders to responsible staff
- Use and maintain cleaning equipment properly
- Ensure cleaning procedures comply with hygiene and safety standards
- Inspect for wear or issues and notify maintenance department
- Communicate room status and respond to special guest requests with Reception Department
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Room cleaning, disinfection, and room tidying
- Replenishing care products and equipment inventory control
- Use and maintenance of cleaning equipment
- Compliance with hygiene and safety standards
- Reporting wear and issues and communication with Reception Department
- Ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, teamwork, time and priority management
