What you'll do
- Clean, ventilate, disinfect, and tidy guest rooms
- Change bed linen and towels and restore rooms after guest departures
- Clean and tidy public areas
- Replenish guest room amenities and supplies
- Check room inventory and report required orders
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment properly
- Record and report cleaning supply needs
- Follow hygiene and safety standards and cleanliness procedures
- Inspect rooms for damage or issues and notify maintenance
- Report room status, including readiness for check-in
- Respond promptly to guest requests, such as extra bed linen
Key requirements
- Room cleaning, disinfection, and changing bed linen and towels
- Public area cleaning and amenities replenishment
- Inventory control and cleaning supplies management
- Cleaning equipment operation and maintenance
- Hygiene and safety standards
- Damage and issue inspection, room status reporting, and guest request handling
