What you'll do
- Clean, ventilate, disinfect, and organize guest rooms
- Change bed linen, sheets, and towels and restore rooms after guest departures
- Clean and organize rooms and public areas
- Replenish guest amenities and room supplies
- Check equipment and supply inventory and report replenishment needs
- Use and maintain cleaning equipment properly
- Follow hygiene and safety procedures and maintain cleaning standards
- Inspect rooms for damage or issues and notify maintenance
- Report room status, including readiness for check-in
- Respond promptly to special guest requests
Key requirements
- Room cleaning, disinfection, and hygiene and safety procedures
- Changing bed linen, sheets, and towels
- Room and public area organization
- Cleaning equipment use and maintenance
- Inventory control, supplies replenishment reporting, and amenities replenishment
- Damage and issue inspection, room status reporting, and guest request responsiveness
