What you'll do
- Clean, ventilate, disinfect, and arrange hotel rooms
- Change bed linen, sheets, and towels, restoring rooms after guest departure
- Replenish toiletries for guests
- Check and manage stocks of room products and inform managers of orders
- Use and maintain cleaning equipment properly
- Record and report needs for cleaning supplies
- Follow cleaning procedures according to health and safety standards
- Inspect rooms for damage and report issues to maintenance
- Communicate room status to reception
- Respond promptly to special guest requests
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Cleaning and disinfecting procedures
- Room cleanliness management
- Inventory control and cleaning equipment maintenance
