What you'll do
- Screen, assess, and interview candidates and onboard new hires
- Prepare hiring paperwork, employee files, and ERGANI administration
- Coordinate employee accommodation, transport, catering, social events, and internal activities
- Manage HR administration, contracts, offer letters, personnel files, and confidential records
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Support weekly payroll processing, including starters, leavers, and timesheets
- Prepare weekly team schedules, upload them to ERGANI, and check compliance
- Manage holiday, sick, maternity, and other types of leave
- Monitor the performance evaluation process and coordinate related deadlines
- Coordinate training plans and facilitate the training process
- Monitor skill gaps and propose relevant training programs
- Keep the employee handbook updated and distribute it to team members
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Payroll administration; Compensation and benefits management
- Greek labor law and employment regulations; HR compliance; ERGANI system
- Recruitment and talent acquisition; Onboarding
- HR administration; Leave management
- Employee relations; Training coordination; Performance evaluation coordination
- MS Office; Greek language; English language
- Human Resource Management / Business Administration / Hospitality Management / Any Field
