What you'll do
- Assess clients' physical fitness and health levels
- Supervise clients completing exercises
- Modify exercise programs based on needs, injuries, or health issues
- Conduct individual and group fitness classes
- Adopt a holistic exercise approach including cardiovascular and strength training
- Oversee gym equipment use to ensure proper and safe exercise
- Lead yoga and pilates sessions

Καθήκοντα:
Προσδιορισμός του επιπέδου φυσικής κατάστασης και υγείας των πελατών.
Επίβλεψη ολοκλήρωσης των ασκήσεων.
Τροποποίηση των προγραμμάτων άσκησης βάσει αναγκών, πιθανών τραυματισμών ή προβλημάτων υγείας.
Διεξαγωγή ατομικών και ομαδικών τάξεων γυμναστικής.
Υιοθέτηση ολιστικής προσέγγισης στην άσκηση (π.χ. καρδιαγγειακή άσκηση, δύναμη).
Επίβλεψη της χρήσης εξοπλισμού γυμναστικής για να διασφαλίζεται η σωστή και ασφαλής άσκηση των πελατών.
Ασκήσεις yoga/ pilates και άλλα.
Requirements
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση σε ξενοδοχεία 5*
Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών. Η άριστη γνώση επιπρόσθετης γλώσσας θα θεωρηθεί ως επιπλέον προσόν.
Απόφοιτος σχολής φυσικής αγωγής
Άριστη γνώση personal training, yoga και pilates
Οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
