What you'll do
- Manage, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and travel advertising platforms.
- Track hotel-level budgets, pacing, ROAS, and conversion performance, making data-led optimizations.
- Monitor e-commerce KPIs and prepare clear, actionable performance reports.
- Ensure accurate measurement through GA4, Google Tag Manager, advertising pixels, and UTM structures.
- Support hotel websites and booking engines, including offers, landing pages, and conversion journeys.
- Maintain Google Business Profiles, TripAdvisor profiles, and OTA advertising interfaces.
- Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and technology partners to deliver campaigns and projects on time.
- Support hotel openings, seasonal launches, and tactical campaigns.
- Conduct competitor, market, and channel analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Test new tools, campaign formats, and automations to improve digital performance.
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Google Ads, Meta Ads, and travel advertising platforms
- Digital advertising campaign optimization, ROAS and performance metrics
- GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM structures and advertising pixels
- Web analytics and conversion tracking, attribution and digital measurement
- Data analysis and reporting, Excel, and BI tools
- Competitor, market, and channel analysis
- Marketing / Business Administration / Digital Marketing / Tourism / Economics / Any Field
