What you'll do
- Prepare and execute Asian-inspired dishes to a consistently high standard
- Manage mise en place and specialty ingredient stock for the Asian kitchen section
- Collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine on menu development and daily service
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards at all times
- Support a fast-paced, high-volume resort kitchen during peak season
Key requirements
- Asian cuisine cooking and cooking techniques
- Mise en place management and ingredient management
- Food safety and HACCP and kitchen procedures
- Food presentation
- MS Office and POS systems
- English, teamwork, communication, organization, attention to detail, and working under pressure
- Culinary Artspreferred
