What you'll do
- Analyze financial data and market trends to evaluate hotel performance and investment opportunities
- Develop and maintain financial models for asset performance, including discounted cash flow and IRR analysis
- Prepare reports on hotel portfolio allocation, performance, and risk metrics
- Support investment strategy development and portfolio recommendations for hospitality assets
- Research economic indicators, hospitality trends, and real estate markets
- Support senior analysts with projects and analysis related to hotel operations and real estate
- Collaborate with hotel management teams to identify operational improvements and cost-saving opportunities
- Monitor and report hospitality KPIs, including RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy rates
- Assist with annual business plans and budgets for hotel properties
- Analyze capital expenditure projects and renovation plans
- Evaluate potential acquisitions and dispositions of hotel assets
- Support commercial performance optimization, including revenue management strategies
- Review and analyze hotel management agreements and franchise contracts
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Financial analysis, Financial modeling, Quantitative analysis & Excel
- Hotel operations, Revenue management & Real estate valuation
- Market research, Investment analysis, Portfolio analysis & Risk analysis
- KPI monitoring & Budgeting
- Written communication & Verbal communication
- Finance / Hospitality Management / Any Field
