What you'll do
- Understand investment hypotheses of Investment professionals to identify validation methods
- Support deal sourcing, screening, and due diligence activities
- Monitor portfolios and support value creation projects
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams including strategy consultants
- Conduct high-level industry and company research
- Identify solutions that address clients’ needs effectively
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously
- Develop skills in business development, time management, prioritization, negotiation, and professional communication
- Assess client knowledge gaps through research
- Generate leads via email, phone, and professional networks
- Manage relationships with C-level and Board-level executives
- Build strong internal relationships with service offering leads
- Screen experts critically for suitability and quality
Key requirements
- 0+ years' experience
- Research and screening skills
- Client relationship management with executives
- Sales and lead generation
- Negotiation abilities
- Professional communication skills
- Business development capabilities
- Time management and prioritization skills
- Fluency in English
- Any undergraduate fieldpreferred
