What you'll do
- Configure and implement Sprinklr solutions according to business requirements and platform best practices
- Translate business and operational needs into functional and technical specifications
- Drive delivery from analysis and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment and handover
- Build and maintain integrations across Sprinklr modules using REST APIs, webhooks, authentication mechanisms, Groovy and JavaScript
- Collaborate with IT, Business and Operations stakeholders to resolve requirements, dependencies and implementation issues
- Document solutions, share knowledge and train Client Champions to support product adoption
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Sprinklr platform configuration and implementation
- RESTful API architecture, technical integrations, webhooks and authentication mechanisms
- Groovy and JavaScript
- SIP, VoIP, IVR and session border controllers
- Solution design, testing and deployment
- Technical and functional specifications, documentation and training
