What you'll do
- Monitor and secure OT/ICS environments using OT threat-detection platforms
- Analyze and respond to alerts, identifying anomalies and suspicious activity across industrial networks
- Support clients in identifying security weaknesses and improving cyber resilience through custom detection rules and use cases for OT/ICS
- Assess industrial network architectures, improve network segmentation, and enhance OT environment security and resilience
- Support vulnerability management activities and remediation planning across OT environments
- Collaborate cross-functionally with OT, network and field engineers to integrate security into operational processes
- Act as a technical lead during client engagements, solution implementations, and project delivery, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Experience with OT/ICS threat-detection platforms and monitoring
- Skills in network security controls design, implementation, and configuration
- Knowledge of industrial network architectures and network segmentation techniques
- Familiarity with industrial systems and protocols such as PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and HMIs
- Understanding of OT security standards and frameworks including IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82
- Experience with security network engineering, network routing and switching
- Working knowledge of SIEM, IDS/IPS, and firewall technologies
- Ability to analyze and respond to alerts and anomalies
- Experience in security vulnerability management and remediation planning
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with OT, network, and field engineers
- Effective communication of technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Mentorship and technical leadership capabilities
