Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, Goals Settings, Learning, Talent and Career Management, Compensation
- SAP SuccessFactors system administration and certification
- Agile software development methodologies and Scrum
- Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio
- Technical tools such as HTML, json, APIs, OData
- Leadership skills in technical and functional areas
- Computer Engineering / Information Technology / Business Administrationpreferred

During your tenure as a SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:
Deliver international and/or multinational projects, implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules, like Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, Goals Settings, Learning, Talent and Career management, Compensation.
Lead teams of more junior people, providing coaching and on-the-job training to internal team members.
Lead Client meetings, analyzing business and process requirements, and identifying/resolving gaps.
Develop end to end SAP SuccessFactors using Configuration and Customization, for both Core and Talent HR Processes.
Provide functional and technical requirements for integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and external HR-related applications, such as Payroll, Time Management and Identity Access Management.
Assist in writing technical approach and design documentation as required.
Update and grow your SAP SuccessFactors certifications.
Develop your leadership skills leveraging on Deloitte training to boost your career.

Key Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline, and Business Administration.
Professional experience in using SAP SuccessFactors as system administrator.
Experience in working within an agile development environment and working knowledge of agile software development methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum.
Proven experience using Office tools: Outlook, Power Point, Word, Excel, Visio.
Proven experience using technical tools such as HTML, json, APIs, OData, etc.
Strong technical and functional leadership skills.
Very good knowledge of English both written and verbal.
Bonus Qualifications
3+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience in at least 4 end-to-end implementation projects.
Candidates who are SAP SuccessFactors certified are highly recommended to apply.
Experience in a consulting firm.
