What you'll do
- Design and implement cloud extensions and applications on SAP BTP.
- Develop SAPUI5 / Fiori interfaces and consume OData / REST APIs.
- Use SAP HANA, CDS and data modelling for efficient cloud data access.
- Apply CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, automated testing, containerization and observability.
- Implement cloud security and identity practices and maintain compliance with enterprise standards.
- Troubleshoot, monitor and support deployed cloud solutions; identify root causes and implement fixes.
- Create and maintain technical specifications, test cases, runbooks and operational documentation.
- Mentor junior developers, lead code reviews and promote coding standards and maintainability.
- Track SAP BTP innovations and propose relevant tools and development patterns.
- Contribute to planning, estimation and risk identification; communicate progress and escalate issues.
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- SAP BTP Development with Cloud Foundry, Kyma, CAP and Node.js.
- SAPUI5 / Fiori and OData / REST APIs.
- SAP HANA, CDS and Data Modelling.
- CI/CD Pipelines, Git-Based Workflows, Automated Testing and Containerization.
- Cloud Monitoring and Observability.
- Cloud Security and Identity
- Computer Science / Software Engineering / Computer Engineering / Related Technical Fieldpreferred
