About the job
Your role as a Real Estate Consultant will be integrated into a working team, working alongside senior colleagues and will be responsible for:
Developing initiatives and solutions by collecting and analyzing data to support client solutions through the drafting of real estate valuations, feasibility studies, development appraisals, Information Memorandums, Investment Memorandums and Financial Modelling.
Supporting in M&A Advisory activities.
Collecting, analyzing and structuring a wide range of real estate data to perform market studies, feasibility studies and real estate portfolio optimizations.
Assisting in the real estate valuation preparation using a broad range of techniques and models, integrating global valuation standards as well as sustainability and climate risks in the definition of the value.
Assisting in the preparation of proposals and engagement letters for potential clients.
Preparing presentations and teasers to support top management and decision-making tables.
Identifying potential risks and issues and promptly sharing them with the rest of the team.

To qualify for the role, you must have:
A master's degree in finance or engineering (a specialization in real estate will be considered as a plus).
Ability to analyze financial statements, market analysis, solid knowledge of financial mathematics, knowledge and application of the main real estate valuation methodologies.
Excellent command of the English & Greek language
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
Knowledge of data analytics tools (PowerBI or equivalent) or Python is a plus.
High aptitude for working both independently and in a team.
A strong passion for technology.
Good interpersonal skills and capacity to work effectively within a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
High level of discretion for confidential work and information.
