What you'll do
- Mentor and support the QE team in planning, test design, execution, and defect management
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and propose practical QA approaches
- Support managerial roles with functional input and guidance on QA strategies and processes
- Develop and implement QA methodologies and standards to improve quality and efficiency
- Monitor test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting effectiveness
- Identify improvement areas and drive adoption of best practices
- Drive evaluation and adoption of AI-powered solutions and tools in Quality Engineering
- Coach team members on AI-assisted testing practices and productivity tools
Key requirements
- Strong knowledge of QA processes, testing methodologies, test design, and execution
- Experience in manual and/or automation testing and defect management
- Client-facing communication skills for providing functional QA recommendations
- Experience or strong interest in AI-assisted software engineering and testing
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot)
- Problem-solving, collaboration, mentoring, and communication skills
- Business Administration / Computer Science / Engineeringpreferred
