Your role as an Oracle ERP Functional Manager will focus on the delivery of client engagements by understanding expectations and demonstrating personal accountability for keeping performance on track, exercising effective communication and relationship-building skills and contributing to the priorities of the team and the business.

During your tenure as an Oracle ERP Functional Manager, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:
Lead the planning and delivery of Oracle-enabled business transformation solutions across multiple functional workstreams, ensuring alignment with client objectives and program goals
Guide and mentor project teams throughout the delivery lifecycle, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a high-performance team environment
Collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to manage priorities, timelines, risks, and dependencies across the project
Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for client executives, building and maintaining strong professional relationships

To qualify for the role, you must have:
6+ years of relevant professional experience within a consulting firm or a related professional services environment
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
MBA or postgraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or another business-related discipline will be considered a strong asset
Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes, including Accounting Operations, Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting, Treasury, Costing, and Closing & Consolidation
Proven experience leading or contributing to Oracle ERP/EPM/Cloud implementations, finance transformation programs, or enterprise systems initiatives
Experience managing business analysis activities, requirements gathering, process design, testing, and delivery of project workstreams and client deliverables
Ability to identify business improvement opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to enhance clients’ financial management and performance reporting capabilities
Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and collaborating with senior business stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to translate complex business challenges into practical solutions
Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and project deliverables in a fast-paced environment
Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools
