What you'll do
- Support clients in workforce management and labour compliance activities focusing on Digital Work Card, time & attendance, and ERGANI II
- Develop understanding of Greek labour legislation and its application in client environments
- Respond to client requests with timely operational and compliance support
- Analyse client data and assist in implementing compliant workforce management processes
- Use technology solutions to enhance labour compliance, process optimisation, and service delivery
- Collaborate with teams to deliver consulting services and cultivate client relationships
Key requirements
- Knowledge of Payroll and HR operations including full annual payroll cycle and payroll vendors management
- Familiarity with Greek labour legislation, Greek Social Security law, and labour compliance
- Experience or willingness to work with Digital Work Card, Time & attendance management, and SCAN HRMS
- Strong English language skills and professional communication abilities
- Business acumen and computer literacy
- Economics / Accounting / Business Administration

During your tenure as a Junior Consultant you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:
Support clients in day-to-day workforce management and labour compliance activities, with a focus on Digital Work Card, time & attendance and ERGANI II;
Develop a solid understanding of Greek labour legislation and its practical application in client environments;
Respond to client requests and provide timely support on operational and compliance-related matters;
Analyse client data and support the implementation of compliant workforce management processes;
Leverage technology solutions to support labour compliance, process optimisation and client service delivery;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality consulting services and build trusted client relationships.

Up to two (2) years of relevant work experience in Payroll, preferable with an International firm or a large organization. Prior Consulting experience will be preferred;
A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines;
Experience in the full annual payroll cycle and in working with 3rd parties, including payroll vendors;
Understanding of core payroll processes and related HR operations;
Good knowledge of Greek Social Security and Labor law;
SCAN HRMS experience will be preferred;
Excellent command of the English language;
A professional approach, business acumen and strong communication skills;
Computer literacy.
