Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Cyber Security subject matter expertise and security architecture and design skills
- TCP/IP networking knowledge and related Cyber technologies
- Implementation skills in Cyber security products and services
- Experience working in ITIL environments and applying Agile development methodologies
- Strong customer service ethic and collaboration and teamwork skills
- Excellent communication in English and ability to work in virtual teams
- Incident process support and problem solving with 3rd parties
- Reporting automation capabilities
- Security product ownership and project assurance experience
- Computer Science / Engineering / Mathematicspreferred

About the job
The main focus of the IT Cyber Security Engineer is to provide subject matter expertise in various security topics, projects, architecture, and to ensure that the IT Cyber security is up to date. The IT Cyber Security Engineer will be responsible to support Deloitte’s IT Cyber security capabilities, optimizing and evaluating solutions, as well as supporting the IT Cyber security roles and deliverables.
As an IT Cyber Security Engineer, you will be in charge of the following:
Support service improvements
IT and Cyber change/incident process support
Collate and automate reporting
Coordinate and monitor incidents flagged to IT Cyber Security including problem solving with 3rd parties
Support 2nd Line of Defense, Global, and Internal Audit on behalf of agreed working principles
Coordinate with 3rd party suppliers and ITC Services in the event of problem solving, maintenance, and updates of security solutions in place
Maintain/develop the IT Cyber security products in place

#OurRequirements
3+ years of relevant work experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics or related field
Willing to acquire certifications in the areas of networking, ITIL, and/or Cyber
Good skill in TCP/IP networks
Know-how of cyber related technologies, services, and products
Implementation skills
Client and service oriented
Technical analytical skills
Experience of an ITIL working environment
Experience of using agile development methodologies
A strong “customer service” ethic that puts the customer first
