What you'll do
- Work with client stakeholders to define business requirements and convert them into functional and technical specifications
- Conduct stakeholder interviews or support client workshops to gather business and technical requirements for financial risk management solutions
- Support implementation of financial risk management solutions through configuration, customization, development, and integration
- Perform data analysis and visualization using various tools to provide meaningful insights to clients
- Advise clients strategically on upcoming regulatory changes and their impact on business and reporting
- Support development of client bids and prepare presentations for proposals
- Draft policy and process documentation
- Liaise with clients and internal Deloitte stakeholders
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Financial Risk Management and regulatory framework knowledge (CRR/CRD)
- Stakeholder Management and Business Requirements Gathering
- Data Analysis using SQL, Python, R, or SAS
- MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Presentation and Communication Skills in English and Greek
- Proactive Attitude and Solution Development and Implementation
- Engineering / Data Science / Business Analytics / Economics / Finance / Quantitative Disciplinepreferred

Liaise with a range of stakeholders, including clients and Deloitte network.

We are specifically seeking professionals who possess both technical and business skills, can clearly articulate the outcomes and value of their work, and can demonstrate the following:
University degree in Engineering, Data Science/Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, or another quantitative discipline.
At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in risk management, data management, and/or solution development or implementations within consulting or financial services.
Knowledge of at least one programming language, such as SQL, Python, R, or SAS, is considered an asset.
Understanding of the regulatory framework (CRR/CRD) and its implications for financial institutions.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Greek, verbally and in writing.
Strong familiarity with the MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong analytical and presentation skills.
Professional approach and proactive attitude.
Fulfilled military obligations (where applicable).
