What you'll do
- Build and configure RPA workflows using tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate
- Integrate AI and LLM capabilities for smarter decision-making, document understanding, and conversational automation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into innovative automation solutions
- Test, monitor, and optimize workflows to ensure robust performance
- Experiment with agentic AI frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or LangChain under guidance
- Contribute to documentation, reusable components, and best practices
- Learn, innovate, and grow while working on state-of-the-art intelligent automation projects
Key requirements
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation tools UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate
- Knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models, and agentic AI agents
- Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or LangChain
- Basic programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or C#
- Understanding of APIs
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Computer Science / Engineering / STEMpreferred
