Responsibilities
Analyze customers and business problems to identify the pain points
Rapidly create impactful and elegant solutions for problems.
Present your design work and articulate your design decisions
Update the acceptance criteria and define the logic to your work
Take full cycle ownership of your work from ideation, design, review and feedback in the final test build and after release.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Designers and Developers
Utilize multiple platforms, such as the employee portal, the employer portal, and the admin dashboard for customer support to solve problems.
Build and update components in the Design system (designing and documenting components in Figma with the design system team)
Qualifications
4-5 years of experience in end-to-end product design for web and mobile apps.
Strong knowledge and experience in both UX and UI design.
Experience with design systems.
Able to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working with minimal oversight in a development team.
Experience contributing to all stages of the development process, from ideation to design QA.
Able to balance deep focus and efficient execution.
