What you'll do
- Contribute to software architecture, design reviews, and technical planning sessions
- Lead and participate in code reviews and peer programming sessions
- Design and implement security and native client applications independently or collaboratively
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance software components
- Collaborate with Team Leads, QA engineers, Product Owners, and DevOps teams to build and improve application interfaces
- Act as a Lead Developer providing technical guidance and mentoring to team members
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Proficient in C# and .NET development
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and system integration principles
- Experience with version control using Git and agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles
- Skilled in technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities

About the job
As a Senior .NET Developer (m/f/d) in the security domain, you will contribute to the design and delivery of secure, high-performance software solutions within a Security Operations Center environment, including responsible use of AI tools such as Claude Code or similar. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, take ownership of technical implementations, and help ensure consistency and quality across the development lifecycle. Your responsibilities include:
Contribute to software architecture, design reviews, and technical planning sessions
Participate in and sometimes lead code reviews and peer programming sessions
Independent and/or joint design and implementation for security and native client applications
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance software components
Collaborate closely with Team Leads, QA engineers, Product Owners, and DevOps teams to build and refine application interfaces
Serve as a technical focal point for the team, acting as a Lead Developer in planning and mentoring
Your Profile
Your know-how
5+ years of professional software development experience in C#, .NET or related and 3+ years in software architecture
Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system integration principles
Experience with version control (Git), agile development environments (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps principle
Your personality
Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Experience mentoring other developers or leading small teams
Strong technical leadership and decision-making skills
Strong communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English
