About the job

As a Junior Account Manager – German Market (m/f/d), you will join our experienced sales team in the German market to promote our Cloud and Cyber Security solutions. You will play a key role to cultivate long-term relationships with our existing customers: uncovering new opportunities through upselling and cross-selling, driving customer satisfaction and strengthening existing partnerships. The following activities are within your area of responsibility:

  • Proactively engage with your warm list of accounts to identify new sales opportunities and drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives

  • Act as the trusted advisor by supporting customers and understanding their needs in depth

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and develop trust

  • Close collaboration with our technical specialists to offer our customers the best possible service

  • Monitor account performance and identify evolving needs and growth opportunities

  • Grow with the role, developing your own sales channels and strategies over time

Your Profile

  • Sales or account management experience in B2B environments with a hands-on approach

  • Good prior knowledge in the IT environment with a focus on Cloud, Cyber Security Solutions or Managed Services is an advantage

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions

  • Highly organized and reliable with the ability to handle multiple accounts

  • Willingness to learn with an enthusiasm about IT and Cyber Security

  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills complete your profile
