Your Tasks

As an IT Teaching Expert (m/f/d) you play a key role with the training and development of our employees up to the standards of DTS. Your expertise will bring the best out of new talents through our Trainee Programs to develop them into IT professionals. The following activities are within your area of responsibility.

• Designing and developing courses in the field of IT with a focus on OS, Networking, Productivity Systems, Basic Security, Virtualization, Backup, Identity and Authentication.
• Bridging the gap between academia and industry, ensuring that the theory is applicable and relevant to the real-world.
• Creating workshops and assessments to identify new talents.
• Assessing and reporting the progress of trainees.
• Offering guidance and support to new employees, trainees and interns.
• Working closely with other teams on projects that require your expertise.

Your Profile

• First teaching exposure or experienced with teaching at a higher education institution in IT or related subjects.
• Familiar in creating syllabus for courses, lectures or labs in IT or related subjects.
• Flexible in adjusting teaching methods to different learning styles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Greek.
• Passionate for teaching with great mentoring and coaching abilities to help others grow.
• Strong teamwork skills and proficient in collaborative planning.
