What you'll do
- Build trusted relationships with oncologists and hematologists through regular, structured contact
- Communicate product characteristics and treatment awareness to the medical community
- Analyze area data and trends, then develop action plans with the Sales Supervisor
- Identify competitive advantages and business development opportunities in the assigned area
- Monitor achievements, maintain records and documentation, and provide reporting and feedback
- Pursue continuous professional development and stay current with medical data
- Share best practices and key learnings with the team
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Medical sales representation and pharmaceutical industry knowledge
- Oncology and hematology knowledge and medical product communication
- Data analysis, business development and sales target management
- MS Office and documentation and reporting
- Verbal communication, written communication, negotiation and networking
- Relationship building and continuous professional development
- Business Administration / Life Sciences
