What you'll do
- Operate production equipment via electronic systems according to the daily production schedule
- Ensure availability, preparation, operation, and cleaning of production equipment
- Monitor the production process through control panels and process basic machine operation measurements
- Ensure smooth and safe operation of equipment with emphasis on safety
- Respond promptly to production requests and intervene in malfunctions following company procedures
- Inform Production Supervisor and Technical Service about malfunctions
- Complete and maintain production records and follow production process instructions
- Follow and comply with health and safety standards

Ο/H Χειριστής-τρια Control Room μεριμνά για την ομαλή και ασφαλή λειτουργία της παραγωγικής διαδικασίας που συμβάλει στην επίτευξη των στόχων της παραγωγής, στην αύξηση της λειτουργικής απόδοσης και στην ποιότητα των προϊόντων.
Βασικές Αρμοδιότητες:
Χειρίζεται μέσω ηλεκτρονικών συστημάτων τον παραγωγικό εξοπλισμό με βάση το ημερήσιο πρόγραμμα παραγωγής. Φροντίζει για τη διαθεσιμότητα, την προετοιμασία, τη λειτουργία και το πλύσιμό του.
Παρακολουθεί μέσω του κεντρικού πίνακα ελέγχου ή άλλων συστημάτων ελέγχου, την παραγωγική διαδικασία και επεξεργάζεται βασικές μετρήσεις για τη λειτουργία των μηχανημάτων εντός των παραμέτρων
Διασφαλίζει την ομαλή και αποτελεσματική λειτουργία του εξοπλισμού δίνοντας έμφαση στην ασφάλεια
Ανταποκρίνεται σε αιτήματα παραγωγής και επεμβαίνει άμεσα, σύμφωνα με τις Εταιρικές διαδικασίες, σε δυσλειτουργίες τυχόν προκύψουν και ενημερώνει τον Προϊστάμενο Παραγωγής και την Τεχνική Υπηρεσία αντιστοίχως
Συμπληρώνει και τηρεί τα έντυπα παραγωγής και ακολουθεί τις προβλεπόμενες οδηγίες που αφορούν την παραγωγική διαδικασία
Ακολουθεί και συμμορφώνεται με τα πρότυπα υγείας & ασφάλειας
