Η θέση Χειριστή/ρια /Συντηρητής Βιολογικού συμβάλει στην ομαλή λειτουργία του βιολογικού καθαρισμού του εργοστασίου μέσα από την ορθή λειτουργία των μηχανημάτων και την διάγνωση και επίλυση βλαβών σύμφωνα με τις τεχνικές οδηγίες και τα πρότυπα ασφαλείας.
Requirements
· Επιθεώρηση της λειτουργίας του Βιολογικού Καθαρισμού, μέσα από την συνεχόμενη παρακολούθηση οργάνων ελέγχου από ηλεκτρονικό υπολογιστή στο control room, ώστε να δουλεύει επαρκώς και να μην υπάρχει αστοχία
· Πραγματοποίηση προγραμματισμένων ελέγχων ανά 2 ώρες εξωτερικά της μονάδας (Αντλιοστάσια ,δεξαμενές) για τυχόν διορθωτικές ενέργειες η βλάβες.
· Συλλογή δειγμάτων αποβλήτου σύμφωνα με τις προκαθορισμένες παραμέτρους και προώθησή τους για ανάλυση
· Ανταποκρίνεται και επεμβαίνει άμεσα, σύμφωνα με τις Εταιρικές διαδικασίες, σε δυσλειτουργίες τυχόν προκύψουν (π.χ. διακοπή του μηχανήματος, θερμοκρασίες κτλ.) και ενημερώνει τον Εργοδηγό και Προϊστάμενο Περιβάλλοντος
· Διενέργεια προληπτικής συντήρησης εξοπλισμών
· Παραλαβές χημικών και επισκευές σε δίκτυα θειικού οξέος και χλωρίου
· Χρήση τεχνικών χημικών σκευασμάτων
· Χειρισμός εργαλείων, οργάνων (μετρητικών, διαγνωστικών κλπ), εργαλειομηχανών χειρός, λιπαντικών και συναφών υλικών
· Τήρηση αρχείου δραστηριοτήτων και αναφορών βλαβών σύμφωνα με τις Εταιρικές διαδικασίες
· Τακτοποίηση/καθαρισμός του εξοπλισμού
· Τήρηση Κανόνων Υγείας και Ασφάλειας
