We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented French Customer Representative to join our growing team in the exciting field of electric mobility and EV charging solutions.
In this role, you will support our French-speaking customers by providing high-quality assistance related to electric vehicle charging, charging stations, and related services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer support to French-speaking clients via phone
Assist customers with inquiries related to electric vehicle charging, payments, charging stations, and respective applications
Escalate more complex cases when necessary
Guide users through the use of EV charging platforms and services
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering accurate and timely solutions
Stay up to date with company products, services, and developments in the e-mobility sector
Required Qualifications
French language: C2 level or native
English language: C1 level or higher
High school diploma (Lyceum or equivalent)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Desired Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or call centers
Interest or experience in electric vehicles, renewable energy, or charging infrastructure
