About the job
The Senior Team Leader for Sales Enablement will play a critical role in driving sales performance by equipping the sales force with the necessary tools, resources, and knowledge to effectively sell the company's products and services. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of sales processes and enablement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Enablement Strategy:
Design and implement training programs and materials that enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
Collaborate with sales leadership to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address them.
Stay informed on industry trends and incorporate best practices into the enablement strategy.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice dissemination across the sales organization.
Act as a liaison between sales and other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Analytics & Reporting:
Measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives through analysis and reporting.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on data and feedback.
Continuously evaluate and refine enablement programs to improve sales productivity.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field.
Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement platforms.
