Our FinTech project is a dynamic banking organization active in seven countries, with total assets of €60.0 billion and 13,512 employees. With a total network of 700 branches in Greece and abroad, it offers a comprehensive range of financial products and services to its retail and corporate customers. It holds a strategic position in retail and business banking in Bulgaria and Serbia, as well as offering distinguished Wealth Management services in Cyprus, Luxembourg and London and is also present in Romania. Until now, we had build the biggest Omnichannel in the area of technology in the GR market regarding the FinTech area. We have already implemented more than 10 Scrum Teams and now we expand our portfolio of services.

We are currently seeking a Web Designer to join a digital transformation initiative for a major banking client. The role offers flexibility in working arrangements along with competitive compensation.

Role Responsibilities:

The Web Designer will serve as the link between the UI/UX Engineer and the Front-End Engineer, ensuring the smooth translation of design assets into structured web pages.

• Convert Figma design files into clean, responsive HTML/CSS code.

• Collaborate closely with the UI/UX Engineer and Front-End Engineer.

• Ensure design fidelity, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.

• Deliver HTML/CSS handoffs for further integration by the React development team.

• Contribute to Agile team workflows and sprint delivery.

Required Skills:

• 2 to 6 years of experience in web/UI development or digital design.

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.

• Experience working with Figma and translating designs into front-end code.

• Familiarity with mobile-first development and cross-browser testing.

• React experience is a plus, but not a requirement.

Working Model:

• Hybrid: 3 days remote / 2 days onsite (Athens).

• Fully Remote: Available depending on profile and experience.
