We are looking for a Mid UI/UX Designer to join our team and help us build products that combine usability with great visual design. This position is balanced: 50% UI and 50% UX, with involvement across the full design lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Design user interfaces following best practices in UI/UX.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma.
Contribute to the definition and maintenance of the team’s Design System.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into design solutions.
Conduct and analyze UX research insights to improve the user experience.
Participate in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process at the final stage before release.
Ensure final deliverables are consistent, functional, and user-friendly.
Requirements
~3 years of professional experience in a UI/UX design role.
Strong proficiency in Figma and familiarity with prototyping and collaboration tools.
Hands-on experience with Design Systems.
Ability to balance usability, aesthetics, and business requirements.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
