As part of Security, they support clients globally to prepare for and defend against the rapidly changing capabilities of cyber attackers. They are seeking security professionals to join their international team at their custom-built location. The SOC team provides 24×7 alert monitoring and analysis to detect suspicious activity in their clients’ environments allowing prompt response and remediation of security incidents.Responsibilities

• Oversee SOC staff, ensuring coverage, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Establish and update SOC policies, procedures, and playbooks for consistent incident response.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of security incidents, ensuring proper investigation, resolution, and documentation.
• Serve as the primary client contact, providing regular updates on SOC activities and incident responses.
• Implement and maintain SOC tools to ensure they are optimized and effective in real-time threat detection.
• Track SOC performance, conduct threat assessments, enhance team skills, and ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards.

Qualifications

• Lead the SOC team, ensuring effective coverage, resource allocation, and adherence to budget.
