Our FinTech project is a dynamic banking organization active in seven countries, with total assets of €60.0 billion and 13,512 employees. With a total network of 700 branches in Greece and abroad, it offers a comprehensive range of financial products and services to its retail and corporate customers. It holds a strategic position in retail and business banking in Bulgaria and Serbia, as well as offering distinguished Wealth Management services in Cyprus, Luxembourg and London and is also present in Romania. Until now, we had build the biggest Omnichannel in the area of technology in the GR market regarding the FinTech area. We have already implemented more than 10 Scrum Teams and now we expand our portfolio of services.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a long-term digital transformation project in the banking sector. You will work on delivering innovative web and mobile banking solutions, collaborating closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate strategic goals into functional and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for digital banking platforms, including both web and mobile applications.

• Define clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned with business goals and compliance standards.

• Support the delivery of new digital features by participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user acceptance testing cycles.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and QA, to ensure seamless delivery of customer-facing digital solutions.

• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), and process workflows.

• Identify opportunities to streamline business processes and improve customer experience through digital innovation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within the banking or financial services sector, with a focus on digital transformation.

• Strong background in web and mobile banking applications.

• Proficiency in writing clear, detailed requirements and translating business needs into functional outcomes.

• Hands-on experience working within Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.

• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluency in both English and Greek (written and spoken).
