Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP SD module implementations, configurations, and upgrades.
- Analyze business requirements and provide solutions using SAP SD functionalities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design efficient materials management and warehouse management processes.
- Configure and customize SAP SD modules to align with business needs.
- Support system integration with other SAP modules (MM, PP, FI, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues in the SD domain.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, training materials, and user manuals.
- Provide end-user support, training, and guidance.
- Stay updated on the latest SAP SD trends, releases, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SD module implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of business processes in sales and distribution.
- Experience in full-cycle SAP implementations and system upgrades.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to manage complex integrations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- SAP certification in SD module is a plus.
- Understanding of other SAP modules like MM, PP, or FI/CO.
- Experience in the manufacturing, or logistics industries.
