About the job
As a React Engineer you will be responsible for developing, designing, and implementing high-impact features. Also, you will manage, maintain, and extend already existing implementations. You will work closely with the Product Owner and the team Designer to finalize UX and agree on UI as part of an agile team, working in a hybrid model that blends in-office and remote work.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement highly responsive and performant user interface components using React.
- Participate in the full development & release lifecycle of the next generation software.
- You will be helping to drive code quality, ensuring best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and task estimation.
- Take ownership of products/features and writing technical documentation.
Qualifications
WHO THEY´RE LOOKING FOR?
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (AEI / TEI) in Computer Science, Software engineering or related discipline.
- Good experience with React.js.
- Experience with JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
- Experience with front-end application design patterns (e.g., SPA).
- Sufficient knowledge of state management solutions and experience related tools/libraries (e.g., context, Redux).
- Experience with version control (Git).
- Sufficient knowledge of API design and integration (e.g., Rest).
- Ability to work as a team member and guide less experienced members.
- Ability to work creatively in a problem-solving environment.
- Passionate about quality.
Good to Have
- Experience with testing frameworks.
- Knowledge of Webpack, or other build tools.
- Experience working in agile environment.
- Experience with Continuous Delivery approaches and best practices, such as Continuous Integration, TDD, BDD etc.
- Experience with user interface design.
- Experience with functional programming principles and practices.
