.net team leader

They are looking for a hands-on and technically skilled Team Leader to guide their development team and actively contribute to the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong software engineering skills with leadership capabilities to coordinate technical tasks, support team members, and ensure adherence to architectural and development standards.

Responsibilities:

• Leading a small team of developers, setting coding standards, reviewing code, and mentoring junior members
• Collaborating with project stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Participating in hands-on development across the full stack
• Ensuring best practices in software design and development are followed
• UI Development
• Web Services (REST and SOAP APIs)
• Azure Platform (Azure Functions, Azure Web APPs, RaaS SQL etc)
• Database systems and underlying mechanisms
• Problem solving and requirements gathering
• Programming and Debugging on the modern .NET ecosystem

Knowledge:

Required FrontEnd:

• Blazor Server Side (proficiency with C#) or VueJs/ReactJs/Angular
• Understanding of Blazor Components Lifecycle or VueJs/ReactJs/Angular scalable monolithic architectures
• Debugging and Performance optimization
• Basic Vanilla Javascript & JQuery
• Very good knowledge of CSS and HTML
• Tailwind CSS (Nice to have, not mandatory at all)

Required BackEnd:

• C# .NET 8 and a good understanding of different project templates (Web API, Minimal API, SQL Project)
• Very good understanding of SOLID Principles & Clean Architecture
• Entity Framework
• Object-Oriented Programming Principles
• PostgreSQL and SQL Server (RDMS)
• GitHub version control
• Azure DevOps (CI/CD with Azure Pipelines on Azure Repos)
• Azure Functions
• Docker and Docker-Compose
• Unit Testing
