Role Summary
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant, you will collaborate closely with our client’s sales and technical teams, offering presales expertise to design and present customized solutions on D365 CRM implementation, Power Apps and Sharepoint online that drive digital transformation for their clients. You will play a critical role in demonstrating how their Microsoft-based solutions can address specific business needs and deliver value.
What you will do:
Demonstrate expertise in designing, building, testing, and implementing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that integrate with client systems.
A strong motivation to enhance skills in Microsoft Business Applications, including Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform & Sharepoint Online.
Provide technical presales support, answering customer questions, and clarifying technical aspects of Dynamics CRM, Power Platform, and SharePoint Online implementations and explain how these platforms integrate to deliver seamless business solutions.
Contribute to the development of proposals, RFIs, and RFPs, aligning customer requirements with the capabilities of the Microsoft ecosystem.
Create reports and presentations, providing insights and finalizing conclusions and recommendations for customers.
Build strong relationships with customers that drive the expansion and adoption of the services.
What you will bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in a presales role, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
High quality of communication in Greek and English language, both in written and in verbal form.
Strong technical knowledge of Dynamics CRM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service).
Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CRM.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills, focused on understanding and addressing customer needs.
Experience with preparing RFIs, RFPs, and proposals.
Additional Skills to be considered as advantages:
Hands-on experience in developing solutions in Power Platform and managing SharePoint Online sites and workflows.
Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics CRM, Power Platform, and SharePoint Online.
