junior software business analyst

Our client is a member of the group of companies of the Austrian company KNAPP AG, a leader in planning and implementation of complex systems in the area of automated logistics, with more than 8300 employees all over the world.

Due to its expansion, our client is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and talented JUNIOR SOFTWARE BUSINESS ANALYST in the area of Athens.

#yourmission

• Analyze business requirements from customers and translate them into detailed software specifications and workflows
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and software developers to design integrated logistics solutions
• Act as coordinator between Customers, business units and technical teams by participating in solution design sessions
• Creation of documentation related to process flows, interfaces, UI/UX design and test cases
• Assisting role to the project manager regarding software issues

#yourprofile

• Bachelor’s degree or Certifications in IT or in a relevant field
• Basic knowledge of programming languages.
• Knowledge of RDBMS technologies (SQL)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• You have an excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal).
• Very good communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Team player, ability to collaborate effectively in an international multicultural environment
• Knowledge of the German language will be considered as an asset
• Familiarity with logistics and warehouse systems will be considered as an asset
• Experience with tools such as Visio or BPMN will be considered as an asset
