About the Role
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
- Assessing the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution.
- Researching, gathering, and synthesizing information.
- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
- Participate in problem-solving discussions.
- Beginner proficiency in Requirements Analysis is required.
- Conduct thorough research to understand the organization’s business model and technology integration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze customer requirements.
- Design and propose solutions to enhance business processes and systems.
- Present findings and recommendations to the team and stakeholders for review and implementation.
- Continuously improve processes and systems based on feedback and industry best practices.
