Our client is a leader company in Home delivery and considered “best value for money”​ in Transport Services and Supply Chain industry.

They are looking for an experienced IT Support possessing the following traits:

Candidate Profile:

• Strong willingness for continuous learning and staying updated with technological advancements.

• Understanding of user needs and dedication to serving internal customers/users.

• Ability to organize and resolve issues independently as well as within a team setting; capable of analyzing and managing projects and requests within the 3PL and distribution sectors.

• Outgoing, polite, and pleasant personality.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Installation & support of user workstations (PCs, Printers, VoIP)

• Installation & support of IT applications (Aberon, EBS, TMS)

• Installation & support of network solutions (Firewall, Switches, WiFi)

• Customer technical support (Online help desk)

• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

Required Qualifications:

• Degree from a University or Technical Institute (TEI/IEK/AEI) in Computer Science or related field

• Valid motorcycle or car driving license

• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken

• Completed military service (for male candidates)

• At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of VoIP telephony systems

• Good knowledge of network implementation and technical support (TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP)
