Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Project Manager to join their dynamic team in Athens. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to drive project success while maintaining high-quality standards and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations.
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, risk management, and contingency plans.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication.
• Monitor project performance, track progress against key milestones, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Identify and resolve project-related risks, issues, and dependencies in a proactive and timely manner.
• Manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
• Ensure adherence to IT governance, security policies, and compliance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, contractors, and third-party service providers as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing lessons learned from completed projects.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with a successful track record of delivering complex IT projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Trello).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.
